We are having an urgent opening for Sales Development Executive with a leading FMCG Company for Srilanka.

Experience: 5+ yrs.

Qualification: Any Graduate.

Location: Colombo (Srilanka)

Salary: Not a constraint for the right candidate.

Job Summary:

This position will be responsible for managing increasing scales and complexity of operations in Srilanka. We are looking for Graduate with 5-6 years’ experience of handling sales and distribution in Sri Lanka, preferably in Personal care companies.

Job Details:

- Plan and achieve volume and value targets

- Tracking, control and effective market spends handling

- Monitoring marketing activities execution on the ground

- Team management (work closely with local teams and drive focus )

- Business development: explore new growth avenues

- Distribution: set target based on business imperatives and marketing plans.

- Work closely with the company's Super Distributor to increase Numeric and Weighted distribution Design methods to reach the targets and increase distribution significantly

- People management: maintaining conducive professional relationship with all business partners

- Competition analysis: analyzing competitive scenario and reporting the same
MIS handling and reporting

- This role will directly report to Sales Manager- Malaysia

Note: We are looking for candidates from Srilanka only for this position.
