Sales Counsellor - Healthcare

Role: The Role of a Counselor is to Counsel and Convince a Prospective Customer to buy the services.

Responsibility:

1. Welcome, Greet and make the Prospective Walk in Customer Comfortable.

2. Listen to the Customer Requirements for Medical Services.

3. Give Presentation to Prospective Customer.

4. Understand the Prospective Customers needs and offer the Right solutions from Bouquet.

5. Ensure the Customer Registration, Advance Payment / Agreement Signing and Closure.

6. Enter all the details in the system.

7. Enable all services are triggered and availed by the Prospective Customer.

8. Ensure Constant follow-up, closure and conversion of all Prospective Customers.

9. Make Tele calls to prospective Enquiries and ensure the Enquires walk in to the Counseling station for Counseling.

10. Timely Submission of MIS and Reports.

Key Skills Required:

1. Very Good Selling Skills

2. Excellent Communication Skills

3. Counseling Skills (English, Bangla, Hindi)

Salary Range: 9 - 12 LPA
