At Outsized, we match clients in financial services and management consulting to high-quality independent consultants and boutique/specialist firms for the execution of their key projects.
Our client, a top-tier consulting firm, is working with a retail client and is helping them drive a sales transformation program across all channels. The aim is to improve sales performance across all channels i.e., EBO's, distribution and online.
They are looking for a consultant to join their team with experience in retail with a focus on footwear or apparel category. The client is based out of Delhi.
Below summarises the responsibilities of the consultant:
- Ownership of all allocated tasks by applying a project management framework for their effective delivery
- Present findings and recommendations to clients
- Implement recommendations or solutions and ensure the client receives the necessary assistance
- Effective governance and controls (reporting, budget, risk and issue management)
- Manage the overall module while working with the rest of the team (including Partners)
- Effective communication and senior stakeholder management
An ideal candidate would have:
- 6 to 10 years of experience in sales in the EBO (Exclusive Brand Outlet) space
- Prior experience working in the retail industry with a focus on footwear/apparel category
- Good communication & stakeholder management skills
This is a contractual opportunity and will be on an initial 6-month contract. The consultant will be required to be based out of Delhi for the duration of this project.
