Sales Capability Manager FMCG
Sales Capability building and training:
- Assessing the sales capability needs for current and future business objectives, designing and delivering programs to build the required capabilities
- Continuous assessment of Sales capability needs of Sales team (direct/Indirect) based on organizational OGSM
- Designing Training frame work to build the required capabilities and improving it based on the changing business environments
- Prepare a training calendar to deliver the assessed capability needs and execute it as planned
- Collaborate with Vendors and Sales leaders in designing and delivering the capability program
- Tracking effectiveness of Sales Incentive program and recommend any improvements
Creating Online Training programs:
- Program Coverage
- Content Development
- Training Effectiveness
- Sales force Incentive Planning & Management
