Sales Capability Lead - Tech/IT

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs, objective, content requirements

2. Design and develop interactive and engaging learning content, instructor led training materials

3. Utilize instructional design methodologies and learning technologies to create effective learner-centric learning experiences

4. Facilitate and deliver learning sessions, workshops, learning interventions using variety of learning methods (virtual/classroom/blended)

5. Evaluate and assess effectiveness of learning programs through feedback to measure impact

6. Build strong relationship with business stakeholders and HRBP to build a culture of learning

MBA in HR with 15-18 years of HR experience with minimum 10 years of L&D experience.

Preferred industry - Tech/IT.
