Key Responsibilities :
- The incumbent is expected to manage end to end L&D operations for Sales Team.
- The incumbent will be required to work closely with the senior leadership and business heads of branded products in designing & executing developmental plans for the employees, own the learning and development framework through creation, documentation, content development, execution and metrics assessment.
- Collaborating with business stakeholders in designing and delivering training for the Sales employees across levels.
- Consolidate the Behavioral IDP, any other Behavioural skills TNI requirements and identify number of employees, number of programs and number of batches.
- Review and monitor learning effectiveness of participants- attendance, pre test, post test, post learning, behavior monitoring (L1, L2, L3) and do continuous improvement.
- Arrange, facilitate for external trg programs and Maintain database / directory/ calendar of external training institutes/ faculty / programs
- Monitor and ensure back end management for L&D section and MIS
- Ensure execution on Talent development / HIPOs interventions and middle
