JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creating new sales channels and working closely with network of property consultants
- Create sales channel for different division line MICE and BD- Corporate.
- Creating MIS of prospective clients and leads
- Meeting prospective clients and creating sales
- Understanding the clients requirements and proposing the best available options
- Spearheading the local marketing and promotional activities of the Centre
- Participating in events, seminars, exhibitions and generating leads
- Managing center level events
- Working closely with Community Manager to ensure stellar experience for customers
- Competition mapping/ Create Team
KEY SKILLS :
- Strong sales background.
- Team handling skills.
- Candidates with 5 to 10 years of experience from IPCs
