Proven Expertise :
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably in environmental markets, carbon credits, or related sectors.
Carbon Project Methodologies :
- Strong knowledge of carbon project methodologies, including Verra and Gold Standard, and a clear understanding of how to apply these in project development.
Biodiversity Expertise :
- Experience with biodiversity projects, including the ability to navigate the complexities of biodiversity credits and ecosystem service valuation.
Relationship Management :
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, including corporates, NGOs, and government entities.
Strategic Thinking :
- Ability to develop and execute strategies that align with our mission and drive measurable outcomes.
Communication :
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence and persuade a wide range of audiences.
Leadership :
- Experience in leading teams or initiatives, with a focus on collaboration, accountability, and results.
