Risk Manage Account Sales/Business Development
Major Responsibilities :
Responsibility/Accountability for :
- Development of new and existing business;
- Maintaining good relations with clients with help of team members so that together Company generate revenue
- Coordinate, support and help in respect of service to client to his utmost satisfaction
- Ensure client retention and improve revenue for the company with new business and cross sell opportunities
- Get the best possible price and terms from market for client through knowledge, expertise and competitive advantage
- Keep abreast of latest and detailed market information through analysis, research and feedback mechanism
- Articulating the value delivered by AGIB and effectively lead remuneration negotiations;
- Prepare market submissions and presentations for new business and renewals to ensure that they effectively sell the clients risk to the market

- Responsible for supporting the effective delivery of service through network relationships, where appropriate;
- Ability to cross sell up-sell where possible.
- Manage RFP responses - ensuring quality standards
- Implement best / innovative sales & marketing practices
- Engage specialties, to deliver distinctive client value
- Awareness of regulatory requirements, self training and thorough subject knowledge
- Understanding and knowledge to Maintain an accurate SFDC pipeline
