SAP Sales Business Development Manager
The Business Development Manager ( SAP) will be responsible acquiring new customer relationships and business opportunities for SAP services and solutions.
We are looking for 2 persons, one based out of South (Bengaluru /Hyderabad)
We are looking for a person who :
- Has clarity of thought, and will be able to communicate the SAP complete spectrum of solutions to business and IT executives in a lucid and persuasive manner
- Be competitive, with the ability to achieve stretch targets. Always finds a way to win, achieve objectives and milestones, through strong leadership, excellent execution and, whenever necessary, through experimentation, adaptation and collaboration.
- Will be a dynamic candidate who can excel in this position through a balance of building on past experiences and continuing to innovate in response to the ever-changing market and industry conditions.
- Is a Self-starter who is energetic and committed to building a significant business and sustainably maintain success.
- Is able to conduct substantive business transformation discussions with decision makers and key stakeholders within the Indian industry.
Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for SAP solutions.
- Develop and manage pipeline activity resulting in new client partnerships and business relationships.
- Identify and develop new prospects and business channels; focus is on new client acquisition.
- Drive sales cycle with a sense of urgency ensuring clients’ expectations are met while achieving targeted sales goals and within acceptable margins for the business unit.
- Maintain and develop relationships with C-suite level executives.
- Maintain and develop relationship with SAP India
Requirements :
- Should have good knowledge of the SAP suite of solutions and implementation projects
- A track record of successful enterprise-level software and services sales, with deal sizes exceeding $200,000 to Indian enterprises.
- Sales methodology/process training on consultative selling, executive-level selling, and leadership selling will be an added advantage.
- Total work experience of 10 -12 with a minimum 6-8 years successful prospecting, sales and business development experience within India in SAP (products + services)
- Must be adept at closing new business deals with significant revenue realization goals.
- Persuasive presenter with demonstrated talent in establishing relationships over the phone and in person
- Experience in writing compelling proposals
- Proven track record in performance based environment
- Willing to travel extensively.
- Must have requisite legal status to work in India.
