Sales & Business Development Manager - Banking Prepaid Cards

We are handling an exciting and challenging job opportunity for the role of Sales & Business Development Manager - Banking & Prepaid Cards Business.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential customers and partners.

- Manage and grow existing customer relationships, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and expand services.

- Develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives to drive demand and increase brand awareness.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, marketing, and operations to develop and deliver new products and services.

- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.

- 12-15 years of sales and business development experience in the banking, credit and prepaid industry.

- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and growing customer relationships.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and results oriented

- Experience with CRM software and other sales tools.

- Willingness to travel as needed.

- Degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
