Role Overview:

We are seeking a Mid-Senior level Sales/Business Development Executive with a background in the biopharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have experience working with international clients and a proven track record in selling services. An agency background is preferred. The candidate should have a working knowledge of email marketing and campaigns, and should be comfortable working in different time shifts as per UK/EU time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify B2B target audience designations and roles across different organizations and industries within the pharmaceutical sector.

- Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest to schedule E-meetings.

- Reach out to targeted customers through email, LinkedIn, and cold calling activities.

- Coordinate and plan email marketing activities for lead generation, including drafting content for cold emails, follow-ups, and LinkedIn messages.

- Monitor email campaign performance and engage with database opens and clicks.

- Identify new business development opportunities, create, manage, and grow new accounts.

- Maintain competitor knowledge to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

- Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding services and key product differentiators to enable effective customer dialogue and build trust.

- Report performance, maintain CRM data, and provide updates to the Sales Manager on lead status, ongoing conversations, and customer interactions.

- Create a robust sales pipeline through prospecting and constant follow-up with potential customers.

- Understand customer needs and requirements, coordinating with other teams to provide excellent service.

- Coordinate with the operations team for generating quotes and sharing them with customers.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly quotas for E-meetings and sales.

- Collaborate with the database team to discuss requirements and provide feedback.

Skills Required:

- 5+ years of experience in life science sales, lead generation, and inside sales roles with a proven track record.

- Background in the pharmaceutical industry is essential.

- Experience working with international clients.

- Agency background is preferred.

- Excellent negotiation skills, relationship-building abilities, and a target and revenue-driven mindset.

- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, growth possibilities, and areas of concern.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Knowledge of email marketing and social selling.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
