Job Summary:
- Maintain, develop and implement revenue management strategies and processes in order to optimize our revenue
- Own and deliver on revenue targets by working closely with the team
- Monitor revenue by developing and analyzing daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Perform competitive benchmark studies and follow market trends
- Work on our customer communication channels and strategies
- Do a complete channel, category and locality level analysis of our revenue on a daily basis
Provide regular updates on :
- revenue target-achievement
- expected results
- variances and budget comparisons
- individual, team & overall performance review
- Understanding user journey and monitoring the conversion funnels
- Maintain regular communication with all the other stakeholders
- Defining data requirements and ensure the quality of data
- To understand the target audience, gain first-hand knowledge of our business and explain the use and operation of the particular service
- To select the products & services as per the customer requirement and to answer customer queries regarding them
- To assist the sales team in various customer interactions and make sure the customer experience is enhanced during the entire buying experience
- To coordinate and implement the best practices to ensure effective sales approach and assist the sales team in closing sales whenever needed
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and ensure consistent high ratings

Experience and Qualification:
- 2-5 years of hand-on revenue management experience and/or analytical experience with team handling skills
- Working ability with both written and spoken English
- Computer Literate, with a high level of command of MS Excel
- Working level knowledge of online business portals
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and/or Master's degree in Management, preferred
