Job Description:
1. Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
2. Develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
3. Support the sales team with data-driven insights to enhance sales strategies.
4. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to drive business decisions.
5. Conduct sales forecasting and demand planning to support inventory and resource allocation.
6. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
7. Identify potential growth opportunities and provide recommendations for revenue enhancement.
8. Utilize Business Intelligence (BI) tools, Excel, and CRM systems to manage and visualize sales data effectively.
9. Assist in setting sales targets and tracking performance against goals.
10. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management review.
Qualifications & Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Sales Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
3. Strong proficiency in Excel, BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar), and CRM software.
4. Experience in sales forecasting, data modeling, and reporting.
5. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
7. Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
8. Attention to detail and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
9. Experience in building materials or FMCG industries is preferred.
