- Sales Review & Analysis for strategy formulation
- Need-based analysis for business reviews
- Monitoring implementation of special projects
- Reviewing various proposals on a daily basis
- Manage & review product P&Ls
- Conducting profitability assessment & ROI analysis with internal/external stakeholders
Business Strategy :
- Recommending formulation of sales strategy and course correction
- Collaborating with key stakeholders on ideas to achieve incremental sales
- Providing strategic inputs & developing sales verticals on a micro & macro level
- Making pricing recommendations to enable achievement of budgeted targets
Business Support :
- Preparing presentations for Management Reporting
- Liasoning with internal & external stakeholders
- Provide industry & client research support
- Review & ensure completion of key action items arising out of various stakeholder meetings
MIS :
- Creation and Implementation of a MIS system. Generating MIS reports for top management so as to assist them in decision making.
- Business Planning and Analysis of Business Plan and its Fundamentals. SWOT Analysis.
- Account and Budget Monitoring. Preparation of Review Presentations (Monthly, Quarterly and Annually)
- Monitoring of Sales Plan and Annual operational plan on monthly basis and presenting the same to the top management.
- Preparation of Sales Plan and Strategy in alignment with the Business Plan and Strategy.
Qualification :
- MBA from a Premier B School required.
