- Monitoring and controlling – Trade Payouts

- Release of fortnightly ADP / Monthly DSO / Short payments and its recovery

- Obtaining half yearly Balance confirmations from Trade customers

- Engaging with customer / Customer interaction with cross functional teams

- Preparation of customer profitability reports & review of Trade customer & consumer promos and its effectiveness

- Consolidation of monthly Activity planners and its funding

- Support cross functional teams to resolve commercial disputes
