Reports to: Pharma Business Director - South Asia
Responsibilities:
- Sales and business development of excipients with pharmaceutical, life science and biopharmaceutical companies.
- Preparation and achievement of sales target (Revenue, volume and gross profit) and organizational goals for every year
- Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as call reports, monthly reports and annual territory analysis.
- Value selling, key account management and interpersonal skills to improve the profitability of our business
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandizing techniques.
- Service existing accounts, obtains orders, and develop new accounts for excipients.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending training programs, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, participating in pharmaceutical conferences.
- Responsible for account receivables, I & C forms, handling of rejections and customer complaints.
- Develop and grow the commercial relationships of assigned leading customers while prospecting for new accounts to increase market penetration.
- Develop opportunity pipeline to drive new business for future commercial success.
- Forecast sales to enable operations planning, introduce product innovations and maintain active memberships.
Desired qualification: B.Pharm with Management diploma or degree / M.Pharm

External: Customer purchase and R&D
