Job Description:

- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team.

- This individual will be responsible for managing key accounts within the given territory in the current role and in future penetrating new named accounts to achieve the revenue goals.

- The role demands a proactive approach in building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management:.

- Manage and grow key accounts within the assigned territory.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

- Build relationships across different operational teams like procurement, finance, legal functions to ensure that contracts and invoices are duly approved and paid for.

- Expand the engagement with the key accounts by identifying and nurturing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.

- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly.

- Ensure cross-sell/up-sell within each of the accounts to agreed level along with his/her manager.

Revenue Achievement:

- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports on a weekly basis.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales campaigns to existing accounts.

- Maintain a deep understanding of G2RS's products and services, and provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights, competitor activities, and market demands.

- Collaborate with the client delivery team to ensure consistent service delivery to all clients.

- Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; master's degree is preferred.

- 8-12 years of experience in sales and account management, preferable in software product companies in the risk management within financial services industry.

- Experience of working in international markets would be preferred.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficient with CRM and sales enablement tools like Salesforce, Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, MailChimp, etc.
