Job Title: Sales Manager-Agency/Broker/Corporate

Imp: Candidate should be from Tier1&Tier2 institutes

Location: Delhi

Requirement:

Qualification: MBA (1-6yrs)

Age: 23yrs to 35yrs

CTC: upto 6-8Lac+Variables

Good Communication & Presentable skills:

Job Responsibilities:

Managing bank as a channel partner, generating sales through cross sales of products. Health Products.( Health Insurance, Motor Ins, Travel Ins, Home Ins, Marine Ins, Group Health/Accidental Ins, Fire and Burglary Ins. Etc)

Job Profile:

- Channel Management

- Relationship with the Branch Manager of the bank partner s branches

- Relationship and Motivation of branch staff to help generate leads

- Training of branch staff and Private banking RMs on cross sell of insurance products

- Key customer calls (Private Banking customers)

- Objection handling and aiding sales process carried out by channel

- Retention, Focus on health products.
