We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead our key projects, ensuring smooth execution and long-term value creation for our clients.

Role & Responsibilities:

Project Leadership:

- Manage and oversee ServiceNow implementation and critical support service projects, ensuring successful delivery.

Stakeholder Management:

- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals, schedules, and priorities.

Team Skill Assessment & Enhancement:

- Evaluate the current skills and capabilities of the team.

- Develop and implement skill enhancement plans to ensure continuous improvement and delivery excellence.

Contractor & Vendor Management:

- Assess and collaborate with contractors and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.

- Ensure third-party contributions align with project expectations and timelines.

Escalation Handling:

- Proactively manage risks, issues, and escalations, driving timely resolution and client satisfaction.

Agile & Project Planning:

- Drive agile execution, sprint planning, and project tracking using best practices and tools.

Schedule & Deliverables:

- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to scope and quality.

Account Mining (Preferred):

- Identify opportunities for additional work and growth within existing accounts.

Requirements:

- Qualification: Bachelor's or a Master's degree in a relevant field.
