We are currently looking Business Development Manager - US Staffing.

Responsible for:

- Driving US Staffing business vertical and increasing Saksoft's presence as a direct source for IT talent and Staffing Solutions in the United States.

- Customer prospecting, Opportunity identification/qualification.

- Developing strong relationships with clients/employers

- Develop sales strategy and goals for local and national market and be accountable for the plan.

- Understanding technical qualifications required to fill clients- open positions.

- Meeting objectives on revenue, gross profit, client meetings, etc.

- Working closely with the Hiring Managers and Recruiting team to understand and assess client needs.

- Handling Recruitment Delivery Management.

- Managing P&L for the business unit.

- Developing sales strategy, and target account plans to build client pipelines.

- Developing and maintaining a strong relationship with client accounts.

- Negotiate client terms and conditions and review contracts & MSA's.

- Adhere to processes and procedures to document all prospecting and sales activity in company's database.

Background/ Critical Skills:

- A minimum BA/BS Degree.

- Minimum of 6 - 8 years of successful sales and/or business development experience with IT professional services, consulting or Technology firms.

- Demonstrated track record of envisioning, designing, developing and proactively approaching targets with sales/business development propositions resulting in net-new revenue streams including a proven record selling staffing services.

- Should have excellent connects in the US and must be comfortable with cold-calling and consistent mining for client contacts.

- Should be able to bring direct clients and be able to work with local placements, with less dependency on H1B's.

- Experience working with/managing recruiting teams in India.

- Sound knowledge of practices in the staffing industry.

- Strong understanding of margins and costs from a commercial perspective.
