Summary Description:
To provide domain consulting and advisory services including Business Process Improvement/ Re-engineering, Gap Analysis, Transformation Roadmaps for the payment & cards domain.
Education and Experience:
This job requires a MBA degree (preferably from a reputable institution), and a minimum 5 year's work related experience in payments and card domain.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong domain experience in the Payment AND Cards industry with proven ability to design and deliver business solutions in the respective domain.
- Clear understanding of business trends and issues in Payments and Card industry.
- Understanding of cards and payments business model like - Merchant discount, interchange and APR.
- Good understanding of functional areas like credit initiation, credit and collections.
- Understanding of key metrics of the business like approval rates, coincident delinquencies, lagged delinquencies, etc.
- Ability to interact at the CXO level of organization.
- Stakeholder Management Experience in interacting with the business in the preparation of business and functional specifications and requirements, and the ability to translate this to the technology teams.
- Curiosity & Problem Solving Capability to advise customers on defining problem statements, an approach to deliver solutions, and the ability to develop and present compelling value propositions.
- Significant customer-oriented attitude and strong communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills, result-driven and flexible team player.
