Job Description:

Overview: We are seeking experienced and highly skilled Project Managers with a background in construction, specifically in Hi-Rise buildings and Villas. The successful candidates will have a minimum of 10 to 15 years of professional experience, with a thorough understanding of project planning, coordination, and end-to-end implementation. Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of construction, project management, and ERP software.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning:

- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, timelines, and resource requirements.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables.

2. Co-ordination and Implementation:

- Oversee the seamless coordination of construction activities from initiation to completion.

- Ensure all aspects of the project are implemented in accordance with plans and specifications.

3. Hi-Rise Buildings and Villas Expertise:

- Leverage specialized knowledge in Hi-Rise buildings and Villas construction.

- Implement best practices and industry standards for quality and safety.

4. End-to-End Project Management:

- Take ownership of the entire project lifecycle, managing budgets, timelines, and resources.

- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

5. Team Leadership:

- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals.

- Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.

6. Client Communication:

- Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on project progress.

- Address client concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

7. Knowledge of Construction/Project Management/ERP Software:

- Utilize expertise in construction methodologies and project management principles.

- Familiarity with ERP software for effective project monitoring and control.

8. Quality Assurance:

- Implement quality control measures to ensure construction standards are met or exceeded.

- Conduct regular inspections and quality audits.

Qualifications and Skills:

- B. Tech. degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

- 10 to 15 years of professional experience in construction project management.

- Thorough knowledge of Hi-Rise buildings and Villas construction.

- Strong project planning and coordination skills.

- Proficiency in construction, project management, and ERP software.
