Job Description:


Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as a General Manager (Sales & Marketing). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of at least 15 years in sales and marketing roles, with a preference for candidates holding an MBA degree. As the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing our sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and enhance market presence.


Responsibilities:


1. Strategic Planning:


- Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with the overall organizational objectives.


- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, analyze competitor activities, and stay abreast of industry trends.


2. Team Leadership:


- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team.


- Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.


3. Sales Management:


- Drive sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets and market share goals.


- Implement effective sales processes, monitor performance metrics, and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.


4. Marketing Management:


- Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and branding activities.


- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, collateral, and digital marketing strategies.


5. Client Relationship Management:


- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.


- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and resolution of issues.


6. Budget and Resource Management:


- Develop and manage budgets for sales and marketing activities.


- Optimize resource allocation to maximize ROI and cost-effectiveness.


7. Performance Analysis:


- Conduct regular performance reviews and analysis of sales and marketing initiatives.


- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on key performance indicators.


8. Collaboration:


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and other departments.


- Work closely with product development teams to understand market requirements and contribute to product strategy.


Qualifications and Skills:


- Minimum of 15 years of experience in sales and marketing roles, with a proven track record of success.


- MBA degree preferred.
