Good understanding of Real Estate Market, product types/ futuristic products, marketings & sales process and techniques, ability to build and lead team to achieve aggressive sales targets and improve the financial wellbeing of all stake holders.
Overview: We are in search of a dynamic and seasoned professional to join our team as an Assistant General Manager (Sales). The successful candidate will bring a wealth of experience, with a minimum of 10 years in sales roles, and a preference for those with an MBA. The role involves spearheading sales initiatives, demonstrating a strong understanding of the Real Estate market, product dynamics, and employing effective sales processes to meet aggressive targets and enhance the financial well-being of all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Leadership:
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the sales team.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed aggressive sales targets.
2. Market Knowledge:
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the Real Estate market, including product types and emerging trends.
- Stay abreast of industry changes and innovations to anticipate market shifts and capitalize on opportunities.
3. Product Expertise:
- Develop a deep knowledge of our products, including current offerings and potential future products.
- Contribute insights to product development based on market feedback and trends.
4. Team Building and Management:
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.
5. Sales Process and Techniques:
- Implement effective sales processes and techniques to streamline operations and enhance customer experience.
- Provide guidance and training to the sales team on best practices.
6. Target Achievement:
- Set ambitious yet achievable sales targets and KPIs.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement.
7. Financial Impact:
- Contribute to the improvement of the financial well-being of all stakeholders, including shareholders, employees, and clients.
8. Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 10 years of proven success in sales roles, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- MBA preferred, with a strong academic and professional track record.
- Excellent understanding of Real Estate market dynamics, product types, and emerging trends.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
