The Scope of Work will include below key deliverables -
1.) Develop New Products through Sourcing Model in Diamond Blades and TCT
2.) Drive Sales & Marketing Campaigns of Construction Products in collaboration with Channel , Sales and Marketing
3.) Assist Supply Chain in Planning of Finished Goods to achieve 95% OTIF
4.) Formulate and execute long term product roadmap for business
5.) Travel to Markets and Dealers with Sales Team for Market Insights
6.) Travel to Vendors in India and abroad for product development
7.) Conduct Monthly Reviews with Regional Sales Office for Growth and New Product Sales8.) Pricing Strategy for the Business
9.) Achieve Budgets for Sales and Margins
