Experience : 8-12 years' relevant experience

Reporting to : Business Manager

NATURE OF JOB :

- Responsible for creating the roadmap to guide a product from conception through design and into wide release.

- Product managers bridge the gap among the different departments involved in successfully bringing a product to the market, including R&D, marketing, sales, and technical services.

- The ultimate goal is the creation and launch of products that meet consumers needs and support business growth.

- Category Management & Trade Marketing

- B2B & B2C

- New Product Development

- Loyalty Program

- Market Research

- Product lifecycle

- Tracking competition

- Product benchmarking

- Stakeholders engagement

- Product communication

- Product launch, BTL & ATL plans

- Branding & Advertising

- Conduct product training programs for sales & marketing team / Technical / Key Account Team / customers to educate them about the product specifications & uses to create product awareness

- Pricing strategy for all products across assigned categories

- Planning & Budgeting

- Market Research

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Strong technical knowhow and understanding of sealants and adhesives applications across Construction, Auto Repair and Industrial markets

- Strong knowledge of Adhesive and Sealant regulatory environment.

- Experience or having dealt with any one or all of the following chemistries/ applications:

a. Adhesives : Hot-melt adhesives, water and solvent based adhesives, solvent, pressure-sensitive adhesives

b. Sealants : Silicone, Polyurethane, Acrylic, Polysulphide Chemistries
