- Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns including web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Manage & develop all web properties for the organization including the company website and various product and campaign microsites
- Promotions and hygiene on various social media channels.
- Promotion through paid means like Facebook, YT & Instagram ads, GDN ads and SEO/SEM
- Data analysis of results of campaigns. Coming up with ideas for brand campaigns/product campaigns and executing the same.
- Planning and execution of online promotional events. Promotion on social media like Facebook and Instagram.
- Curating blog posts about various PR activities
- Developing web tools and apps including technologies such as AI chat bots, VR/AR & advanced CRM tools
- Work on generating content through micro influencers
- Creating and managing the content on apps to ensure that users are engaged through quality content. Coming up with ideas and driving online contests.
- Analyze digital campaigns success - Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends and keep constantly evaluating emerging technologies
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
