We have opening for the role of Commercial Controller - Abrasives.

Job Location : Bangalore

Education : CA/ICWA

Experience : 6 to 8 years relevant experience

Team Handling : No (Individual contributor role)

NATURE OF EXPERIENCE : Experience in manufacturing or distribution company

JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Ensure reliability of the commercial transactions according to corporate standards and accounting procedures.

- Analyze price variations and account receivables to identify and mitigate the risks.

- Calculate and manage list price increases vs. material cost impact

- Build the sales dashboards (SVA, margin analysis, customer profitability) and provide the reports to support the management in strategic decisions.

- Act as a business partner with management and executives to achieve the company objectives.

- Develop Analytical reports and tools, to optimize margin (customer and portfolio profitability calculation)

- Cost reduction projects with supply chain (Freight / Logistics expenses)

- Review / reduction in account receivables, overdue inventories report

- Evaluate business case and profitability of new product launches

- Formulation of Policies / Defining standard operating procedures

- Prepare the plan, budget and forecasts of sales and margin in coordination with the CFO and the management.

- Build strong internal controls and ensure periodic audits in key identified areas (pricing, dealer payouts, credit notes, stocks, marketing purchases, systems / access rights / segregation of duties, etc.) in compliance with ICRF.

- Collaborate to the processes of monthly closing.
