Business Development Manager for all Non-Rental Revenues.

Job Location: Whitefield, Bangalore

Min No. of years of experience: 5 years

Education Qualification: MBA in related field with excellent communication skills (preferably from a similar industry)

- Generating leads into pop ups and events targeting the neighborhood and others within a 15 to 20 km radius.

- Developing opportunities for companies in the areas to use the various venues available in our place for their event venues.

- Creation of and delivering scripted pitch to the clients.

- Keeping accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved.

- Mailing introductory profile to prospective clients.

- Scheduling appointments and to get maximum meetings done with the clients.

- To get a sound brief from the client, ensure that there is a proper communication to the operations team in order to maximize client conversions.

- Regular Client follow ups & feedback till the completion of the project.

- To ensure timely payment is made by the client based on the organization policies.

- To be a single point of contact between the client and the production team.

- People having good contacts with in pharma, lifestyle, IT, jewelry, real estate, automotive, etc industries would be preferred.
