Responsibilities:
- Develop marketing and channel strategy for different verticals of the company in line with the business objectives.
- Support building awareness of the brand, positioning of the business verticals and generating leads.
- Understand the approach of key competitors; communicate differentiation to sales and provide input to senior leadership.
- Create and deliver on an annual marketing plan in line with strategy and ensure implementation of the same within defined budgets with the support of the team.
- Plan the coherent execution of the creative as well as performance based deliverables of the team.
- Oversee and grow the marketing department, consistently identifying revenue opportunities within our established client base and managing consistent growth by securing new accounts.
- Ensure Lead Generation targets are fulfilled using a mix of online activities, SEO/SEM, databases, emails, social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Bring out of box ideas to the table, influence the leadership team, and execute the same.
- Stay up to date with the latest tools, trends, and best practices; test and evaluate their efficacy.
- Track and report on campaign and program performance regularly, with a focus on optimization and driving quality pipeline.
