Manager - Talent Acquisition(non-tech hiring/ Corporate Function hiring)(Lateral & Leadership Hiring)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for leadership roles and lateral positions.
- Collaborate with senior management to understand hiring needs and align recruitment efforts with company goals.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including executive search firms, industry networks, and social media, to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, including interviews, reference checks, and skills evaluations.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the recruitment team.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in executive and lateral hiring.
