Role :
- Accountable and responsible for the project plan definition and successful management of technology delivery projects; project overall timeline/cost for a project based on provided effort estimates, available budget and resources
- Ensure that project scope is defined, contained and delivered as agreed
- Should have grown from Technical roles to manage a team of 20-30 people.
- Ability to dive into technical aspects like Requirement, design, estimation
- Very good in SDLC processes including Agile, Scrum etc.
- Excellent Communication skills. Proven track record of managing offshore teams of size 20+
- Complete understanding of Onsite- Offshore model
- Good Problem solving, Analytical skills
- Team player and very good people management skills
- Fast learner and ability to take stretch objectives
- Proven track record of managing team using both Agile & Waterfall/Iterative models.
Skills Required :
- Minimum 12+years of .NET experience
- Good Knowledge of Dot net 3.5 frame work and above.
- 90% hands-on experience in a must as the role would be the same
- C# and ASP.net exposure. Not expecting to code but should know what challenges will be there and able to make proper decision in case of technical challenges
- Good Requirement analysis & Design experience (Design patterns)
- Scrum master certification
- Product owner certification.
