Opportunity:

- The Talent team enables clients to implement and transform their people practices into a competitive advantage and growth accelerator. You will work with our portfolio companies and other purpose-driven startups to source, screen, select and attract the very best available talent as they rapidly grow.

What will you be doing?

1. Identify, engage & recruit through multiple channels (Social Media, Linked In, Referral, and Networking).

2. Build industry, company, and talent pool insights.

3. Initiate targeted searches to headhunt top talent in the industry.

4. Interview and assess candidates through the structured selection process.

5. Build Talent communities & Pool for current and future roles.

6. Take up new projects to improve the efficiency of Recruitment efforts.

7. Manage excellent stakeholder experience (Hiring Manager and Candidate) throughout the recruitment process.

The Ideal candidate?

1. MBA in HR specialization (preferred not mandatory)

2. 2-5 years of experience in Talent Sourcing

3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

5. Self-driven and Resilient.
