Job Title: Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager.
Location: Ghitorni, Delhi.
Job Type: Full-Time|| WFO.
Introduction : We are looking for an experienced Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to lead and execute highly targeted, data-driven marketing campaigns that drive engagement, pipeline growth, and revenue for strategic accounts.
The ideal candidate will work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to create personalized, multi-channel campaigns that resonate with key decision-makers and influencers.
Key Responsibilities.
Strategic ABM Planning & Execution :.
- Develop and implement account-based marketing plans for high-value strategic accounts, ensuring alignment with sales objectives.
- Identify key accounts, decision-makers, and influencers within target organizations and craft customized engagement strategies.
- Leverage 1:1, 1:Few, and 1:Many ABM models based on account segmentation and business priorities.
Market & Account Research:
- Conduct in-depth research to understand client industries, challenges, and pain points.
- Develop Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and buyer personas to enhance targeting and personalization.
- Build a structured framework for client list research, identifying high-potential prospects using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools.
Personalized Engagement & Content Strategy:
- Create customized marketing content for various platforms, including email campaigns, webinars, thought leadership articles, whitepapers, digital advertising, and events.
- Develop tailored messaging that resonates with different stages of the buyer's journey.
- Optimize content distribution and engagement across LinkedIn, email, paid media, and events.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho or similar CRM platforms.
- Experience in SaaS, Tech, or Enterprise B2B industries.
- 4-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years focused on ABM.
- Prior experience in the [specific industry, e. , technology, healthcare] sector.
- Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and digital marketing strategies.
