Please note, it will be work from office.

Requirements: The candidate should have good experience working with B2B, Saas industry, Native ads & Programmatic Ads, Meta ads, CRM ToolsHubspot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.

Exposure of direct POC with International clients & market, Strategy making.

Requirements:.

- A minimum of 5 years or plus of relevant experience.

- The candidate should have good experience of working with B2B, Saas industry.

- Exp.in Native ads & Programmatic Ads, Meta ads, CRM ToolsHubspot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.

- Exposure of direct POC with International clients & market, Strategy making.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Execution:

- Develop and implement data-driven performance marketing strategies across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.

- Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns to meet performance objectives such as lead generation, sales, and customer acquisition.

Data Analysis & Optimization:.

- Monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and make data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes.

- Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and strategies to optimize performance.

Budget Management:.

- Manage and allocate campaign budgets effectively to achieve optimal performance and ROI.

- Track daily/weekly/monthly spend and ensure adherence to allocated budgets.

Collaboration & Reporting:.

- Work closely with the content, design, and analytics teams to create impactful ad creatives and landing pages.

- Provide detailed performance reports to stakeholders and offer actionable insights to improve future campaigns.

Market Research & Trend Analysis:.

- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital and performance marketing.

- Research and identify new opportunities for growth and channel expansion.

Tools & Platforms Expertise:.

- Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and other ad platforms to measure and optimize campaign performance.

- Work with marketing automation platforms for lead nurturing and audience segmentation.
