- KAM Leads to be at GM/ AVP level preferably.

- KAM leads to have min 10-15 years experience in sales and account mgmt

- PG sales experience essential

- Good B school, Engg background preferred

- To bring 3-4 good merchant relationships with them

- Excellent communication, problem solving skills, people mgmt skills, Numerical and Planning abilities

- KAMs to have min 7-10 years Sales/ KAM experience

- B Tech. B School background strongly desirable
