Role: Safety and Security Lead

Experience: 5+ Years

Location: Bangalore

Job Type: Full Time Permanent role with the client (Global Leader in Supply Chain and IT)

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field

- Over 5 Years of exp. in Campus Security related field.

- 3 to 5 years supervisory experience preferred

- Proficient with technology/computer skills including but not limited to MS Office, SAP, access control software & Web based programs

- Interview/interrogation skills preferred

- Excellent organizational and project management skills

- Experience with identifying safety related issues preferred

- Excellent customer service skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- First Aid, CPR and AED certification

- Ability to influence and lead under ordinary and crisis situations; excellent motivational skills.

- Knowledge of integrated security systems, access control, CCTV and security infrastructures.

- Knowledge of applicable state and the local laws.

- Knowledge about the contingency planning and investigations.

- Experience conducting risk analyses, vulnerability assessments and physical security surveys and making recommendations based on results of findings.

- Understanding business functions and customer needs.

- Knowledge of budget planning and administrative process.

- Strong written and oral communications skills.
