Safety Engineer - Safety & Quality Practices - Construction Projects - Real Estate

Position: Safety Engineer- safety and quality practices of construction projects

Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering + Safety Certification

Experience: 6 to 8 years

Location: Delhi/NCR

Client: Leading name in the real estate space.

Roles & Responsibilities -

- Should be conversant for safety norms regarding work in high rise buildings.

- Must have experience of craddle works and scaffolding works of high-rise buildings.

- Safety Supervision in construction, maintenance and commissioning of Sites.

- To plan and implement the various systems related to Occupational Health & Safety Management. (i.e., Work Permit System/Incident Reporting & Investigations)

- Coordinating with concerned department for periodic testing of equipment's

- Implement & follow up of Project HSE PLAN at sites.

- Organize regular safety meetings & keep records and track of the measures decided.

- Lay down emergency preparedness planning for on-site, off-site and its effective implementation by periodical Mock Drills of emergencies.

- Plan and provide personal protective equipment to various departments with respect to hazards identified.

Quality:

- Basic knowledge of civil works such as to ensure quality during execution of civil and finishing work.

- Co-ordinate with contractors and consultants to ensure quality
