Job Description :

- SafeGold is primarily an embedded finance product - distributors are large platforms like PhonePe, AmazonPay, Axis Bank, KreditBee, Jar, DBS Bank, MobiKwik etc. We also partner with large jewellers like Tanishq, Kalyan and Caratlane where our customers can redeem their digital gold for jewellery.

- The Partnerships Lead will be responsible for managing existing partnerships where the focus is to introduce new products such as gold leasing as well as add new distribution partners.

What will your job entail :

- Partnership Identification and Development: Build a compelling case for potential partners to integrate with SafeGold. Also manage partnerships with banks and NBFCs to offer loans against digital gold and develop new use cases for digital gold. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, target potential customers, and establish relationships with key decision-makers at potential partners. Drive the end-to-end business development process from lead generation to completing integration.

- Relationship Management: Nurture and maintain long-term relationships with multiple stakeholders in a partner organisation to ensure successful implementation and ongoing collaboration. Act as the main point of contact for partners to facilitate technology integration, resolving issues, introducing new features and driving engagement. Work on joint-marketing initiatives around festivals and new products.

- Deal Negotiation: Negotiate partnership agreements including legal and commercial terms. Will require close collaboration with legal advisors, tech teams and senior management to ensure appropriate contracts are put in place.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product development, and technology to ensure alignment and successful execution of the embedded finance offering. Provide market insights and feedback to help shape product development roadmap.

Key Requirements :

- 7+ years of work experience, 4+ years in managing partnerships in fast paced startup environment

- Strong preference for prior experience in an embedded finance product

- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with team members and influencing strategic partners at CXO level.

- Ability to connect with people across teams & levels and manage projects with both internal and external stakeholders

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly

- Entrepreneurial mindset, tremendous drive & ownership, hands-on, result-oriented
