Location:

Base Location: Delhi NCR ; Travel to Manufacturing Units and Sites in Rajasthan, Gujarat and other regions.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support the HR needs of our solar cell manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong background in managing HR functions in a manufacturing or high-tech production environment. This role requires strategic HR expertise, operational excellence, and a passion for fostering a productive and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Strategy Development:

- Partner with senior management to design and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business goals in solar cell manufacturing.

- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on HR-related matters, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.

2. Employee Relations:

- Manage employee relations at the manufacturing units, including grievance handling, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive work environment.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.

3. Talent Acquisition and Management:

- Lead recruitment efforts for manufacturing roles, ensuring the hiring of skilled professionals aligned with business needs.

- Oversee talent management, including succession planning and career development initiatives.

4. Performance Management:

- Implement robust performance appraisal systems and drive a culture of continuous feedback.

- Support managers in addressing performance challenges and coaching for improvement.

5. Training and Development:

- Identify skill gaps and design training programs tailored to manufacturing and operational requirements.

- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

6. HR Operations and Analytics:

- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including payroll, HRIS, and compliance reporting.

- Leverage HR analytics to provide insights for data-driven decision-making.

7. Employee Engagement:

- Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion.

- Implement strategies to improve retention and workplace satisfaction.

8. Site-Level HR Support:

- Regularly travel to manufacturing units to address HR needs and align local practices with corporate strategies.

- Ensure seamless HR support for operational teams at site locations.

Qualifications:

Education:

- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from a Tier 1 institution.

- Graduation must be from a full-time program.

Experience:

- Minimum of 15 years of HR experience, with at least 10 years in leadership roles managing HR functions in manufacturing or high-tech production environments.

- Proven experience in solar cell or precision manufacturing is highly desirable.

Industry Preference:

- Candidates with HR experience in industries such as renewable energy, electronics and semiconductor manufacturing, heavy manufacturing, automotive components, or electrical equipment manufacturing are highly preferred.

Skills and Competencies:

- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in HRIS tools and advanced HR analytics.

Certifications:

- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR certification is preferred.

Travel: Willingness and ability to travel frequently to site locations.
