Sadhan - Product Manager - IIT/BITS/NSIT/DCE/NIT/IIIT

About the company : 

Sadhan Enterprises is building a logistics and finance ecosystem by using latest digital technologies and have ambitious plans to offer disruptive business models and innovative solutions to create operational efficiencies for enterprise logistics team and to address driver problems while improving end user experience.

Role key responsibilities:

- Act as Product CEOs and take end to end accountability of executing product vision in collaboration with business leaders.

- Work with sharp and driven business teams, engineers and data scientists and designers in a high energy, fast-paced, rapidly growing environment.

- Solve data and intelligence problems that are focused on redefining complex operations via efficient technology systems.

- Lead the product development lifecycle starting from user empathy to adoption post product launch.

Key skills:

- Master's degree from premier institutes / Bachelor's degree (preferably Computer Science) from a Tier I engineering college (IITs, BITS Pilani, NSIT, DCE, NITs, IIITs)

- 3-10 years of prior product experience

- Experience with all stages of the product lifecycle

- Deep intuition driven from user empathy, along with passion to back it up with data

- Good understanding of consumer behavior to drive product delivery from conceptualization to implementation

- Having Data Analytics knowledge/ experience would be a plus
