Marketing Role


Job Description:


- Looking for a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager with 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing to drive impactful campaigns, social media strategy, paid advertising, ABM initiatives, and marketing operations.


- This role is critical in executing data-driven marketing strategies, optimizing campaign performance, and leveraging AI-driven marketing tools to target the US cybersecurity market.


Key Responsibilities:


Social Media Strategy & Engagement:


- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.


- Manage content distribution across LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms for the cybersecurity and B2B tech audience.


- Monitor trends, analyze performance, and optimize social campaigns for better reach and engagement.


Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing:


- Plan and execute paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other B2B advertising platforms.


- Optimize ad spend based on data-driven insights, ensuring cost-effective customer acquisition.


- Track and measure ROI for all digital advertising campaigns and implement A/B testing strategies.


Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Tools & Execution:


- Utilize ABM platforms like Demandbase, Factors.ai, or 6sense to create and manage highly targeted campaigns.


- Align marketing efforts with sales to drive engagement and accelerate pipeline growth.


Campaign Management & Lead Generation:


- Own the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, from planning and content creation to execution and performance tracking.


- Work closely with cross-functional teams (content, design, sales) to develop and launch demand-generation campaigns.


- Monitor and report on MQLs, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness using data-driven insights.


Marketing Operations & Automation:


- Manage marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot) to streamline lead nurturing and email marketing.


- Ensure proper lead scoring, segmentation, and data management for an optimized customer journey.


- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure CRM integration and lead tracking efficiency.


AI-Driven Marketing & Optimization:


- Leverage AI-powered tools for content personalization, predictive analytics, and automated workflows.


- Implement AI-driven insights for better audience segmentation, campaign targeting, and performance tracking.


- Stay up to date with emerging AI trends and tools to enhance marketing efficiency.


- B2B Marketing for the US Market


Qualifications & Skills:


- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience (Cybersecurity industry experience is a plus).


- Hands-on expertise in social media, paid campaigns, ABM, and marketing operations.


- Experience using marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or equivalent).


- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and AI-driven marketing tools.


- Exceptional project management, communication, and strategic thinking skills.


- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
