- Minimum 10 Years of Experience as Regional Sales Manager
- Understanding of GDS (Global Distribution System ) and Airlines
- Negotiating and Persuasive skills
- Quick in understanding the flow of business of our Prospective customers
- Solution Orientated
- Must have leadership qualities
- Must have good sales track record and a consistent in sales accomplishments, particularly in winning strategic clients
- Must have experience in front line sales and who knows retails agents.
- Must be numeric with strong analytical skills, good negotiator
- Results and process oriented, good people manager
- Confident and able to carry himself/herself professionally in dealing with senior executives of the trade
- Understands the airline business vis-a-vis the GDS role & value
- Must be well networked particularly in the aviation industry
- Proven track record on project Management and documentation
- Good Written and communication skills, good at communication and negotiation skills
