Job Summary: We are looking to add an Investment Director in the team with prior investment experience in Private Equity/Venture Capital. The person should have a post-graduation experience of 8-12 years with at-least 5 years of investment experience. The person would assist the senior management team in sourcing and evaluating of investment opportunities and should be able to lead several aspects of the deal - including financial modelling, due-diligence, preparation of investment memos - independently. Qualification: MBA from a premier business school and/or CA Experience: 8-12 years of post-graduation experience with atleast 5 years in a Private Equity/VC fund. Deal/Sector experience in healthcare and financial services will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities: 1. Deal sourcing 2. Extensive analysis of the industry and business fundamentals, financial modelling, management team evaluation, preparation of IC memos etc. 3. End to end Deal Execution from commercial/financial/legal due diligence to documentation 4. Active monitoring of portfolio companies that would involve tracking performance, preparation of periodic reports, other support activities for portfolio management.
