We are looking for Area Sales Manager based at Ulhasnagar/Nagpur/Kolhapur, Maharashtra.   Job Profile :   The role holder would be responsible for executing market specific Sales strategies & plans to achieve sales & grow the market share. The incumbent will also be responsible for supporting local level marketing initiatives, ensuring timely collections & maximize the allocated budget & discount structure to achieve targets.   Job Responsibilities :   - Forecast & achieve the budgeted volume & market share for the given area   - Execute local level marketing activities & schemes, monitor competitor activities, key accounts, market trends, opportunities & future prospects & build strategies accordingly in consultation with the Sales Head   - Ensure adherence to sales processes including AGNI, SFA, Sales reporting, target achievement reports for incentive pay-outs, timely submission of expense accounts, settlement of schemes, etc.   - Act as an interface with C/ F, Corporation Warehouse, Distributors, Wholesalers & the Company & provide excellent service to them. Ensure brand/ pack sales & availability in respective markets as per TSP   - Optimize distributor resource, resolve issues & claim settlements. Ensure customer complaints are addressed within specified time-frames as per set procedure   - Operate within budgets & optimize/ rationalize spends   - Ensure market coverage as per norms by TSE & also works in the market as per coverage norms   - Submission of Weekly business plan & monthly business report on time   - Submit No due certificates from customers periodically towards proof of receiving any incentives given to the trade   - Responsible for planning any/ all of company's asset allocation such as GSBs, Chillers, etc. & ensure the assets are in place as per approved plan   About SABMiller :   SABMiller India is a wholly owned subsidiary of SABMiller plc, one of the world's largest brewers with brewing interests and distribution agreements across six continents.
