Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Business Development: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including potential clients, partnerships, and markets.

- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Lead Generation and Client Acquisition:

- Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and online research.

- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

- Negotiate and close deals with new clients.

Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

- Ensure client satisfaction and retention.

- Act as a primary point of contact for key clients.

Partnership Development:

- Identify and establish strategic partnerships to expand market reach and service offerings.

- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements.

- Collaborate with partners to drive joint business initiatives.

Sales and Performance Reporting:

- Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics.

- Analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.

- Provide regular updates to senior management on business development progress.

Market Intelligence:

- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

- Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams on market needs and opportunities.

- Attend industry events and conferences.

Required Skills and Experience:

- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
