Job Responsibilities:
- Identify new customers through both inbound and outbound prospecting.
- Prospect into CXOs, controllers, accountants, and small business owners through inbound and outbound channels.
- Conduct discovery and product demonstrations to prospective clients showcasing the value and benefits
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closures.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to get customers ready to implement software
- Track and manage pipeline, forecast, sales activities, and performance metrics within CRM.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to provide insights and maintain a competitive edge.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of sales experience working with B2B SaaS sales, preferably with small to mid-size e-commerce businesses.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, technical, and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
- Proficiency in using CRM software tools like Hubspot/Salesforce.
- Strong technical skills to learn and demonstrate software products.
- 2+ years of experience working with International clients (US customers a plus)
