Job Title: SaaS Manager - Cloud Infrastructure and Platform

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Manager the implementation and operations of Qvantel Cloud Infrastructure and Platform (Databases, K8s, Nw, various clouds, MQs, monitoring)

2. Improve Company infrastructure and Platform teams efficiency

3. Setup Site Reliability Engineering team in India to serve company customers around the world in close collaboration with product teams

4. Lead Monitoring solutions for IaaS, PaaS and company BSS software

Skills and required experience:

1. Relevant Technical expertise in the area

2. Ability to recruit, train and build high performance technical teams

3. Hands on and content approach to fix the problems

4. Relevant experience in SaaS context
