SaaS Labs - Product Manager - IIT/NIT/BITS

Job role:

We are looking for an experienced Product manager to lead the product roadmap for Helpwise, one of the key products at SaaS Labs.

Helpwise is an omnichannel shared inbox for all your internal and external communications. Along with team inbox, Helpwise also offers chat widget and knowledge base solutions for making it easier for businesses to provide customer support at scale. Helpwise is rated among the top shared inbox products in the market.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Undergraduate from a Tier 1 college

2. Postgraduate from a Tier 1 college (preferred)

3. 2-5 years of experience as Product Manager (mandatory), preferably in high growth startups

4. Any tech / engineering experience and background is preferred

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and define product roadmap and feature concepts

2. Work with engineering team to communicate release goals

3. Interface with Sales and Success teams to identify product gaps and evangelize new features

4. Closely work with marketing teams to come up with campaigns to drive growth

5. Manage the product development lifecycle; develop detailed functional specifications for existing and new products

6. Work on integration strategy with other SaaS Labs products

Skills:

1. Ability to manage cross functional relationships at Helpwise with engineering, design, Success, Sales, and marketing

2. Ability to conceptualize and convey value proposition

3. Strong customer Focus

4. Strong execution skills - Ability to handle obstacles and roadblocks

5. Good understanding of research methodologies
